Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings Auguust 12, 2014, beginning at 3:02 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA

- RDA submitted by Steve Dellagiustina for Scott Burghoff. Applicant seeks to tear down and rebuild dwelling on lots 1,2 &3 at 293 Beetle Rd, 66 feet from bank of Cranberry Pond. RDA-2014-9 Unanimous vote of negative determination.
Contractor will remove up to 8 trees in boundary of buffer area which are more than 60 feet from water of Cranberry Pond. Appropriate silt fenced will be used.
- RDA submitted by Jeff Bolduc,for Michael Jacoby. Applicant seeks to remove dead hemlocks at 463 Beetle Rd. 65 feet from bank of Cranberry Pond. RDA-2014-10 Unanimous vote of negative determination.
Work will be done by tree climber and the wood will be removed in sections . no big machines will be used.

New Business No hearings for September 25. Could have hearings on September 18th, but request must be in by September 9. Hearings will be scheduled for October 30th. November office hours on Nov 12 and hearings, if necessary will be 20th at 5:30. December will have office hours on Dec 9 but no hearings will be scheduled.
